No, Mobiten provides all the design you need. We will be offering additional level that allow custom design.

Mobiten creation keys are generated instantly at the time of sale, and you can create your page immediately upon receiving the welcome email from Mobiten. Each Mobiten key is valid for a period of 1 year. If you would like to use your key after this point you may request a replacement key free of charge.
